By booking training with UBV LTD, you are entering into a legally binding agreement.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before paying your deposit. By paying a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

Training Deposits

Training deposit amounts vary depending on the course. Once a deposit is paid and you have been asked to read these Terms & Conditions and confirm, you are agreeing to our terms of business.

We have a strict cancellation policy for training, as last-minute cancellations can be extremely damaging to our company. Due to the preparation involved in delivering each course — including staff scheduling, securing demonstration vehicles, and preparing materials — it is virtually impossible to fill places on short notice if there is a cancellation.

If you cancel your training within 7 calendar days of the booking, you will be liable for payment in full. This includes, but is not limited to, illness, travel issues, work commitments, or personal emergencies. An invoice will be sent to the address provided, and legal action will be taken if the balance is not paid. Failure to pay will result in recovery of associated costs, including interest and debt collection fees.

Student Responsibilities

You must follow all safety instructions and use equipment responsibly during training. We are not liable for injury or damage caused by misuse of tools, chemicals, or machinery. Recording or reproduction of training materials without written permission is prohibited.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 14 calendar days before your booked date. Any reschedule request made within 14 days will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms in the section above.

Cancellations by Us

If we must cancel or reschedule due to trainer illness, extreme weather, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Deferral Policy (Goodwill)

If you cancel within 7 calendar days of your training date, you remain liable for payment in full under the above cancellation terms.

At our sole discretion, and in cases of bereavement, childcare issues, or other serious family-related matters, we may, as a one-time goodwill gesture, allow you to defer your attendance to a future course date.

Any deferral is subject to:

a) Full payment being received before the original course date;

b) The replacement course being attended within 6 months of the original date;

c) Availability of spaces on the chosen future date; and

d) The deferral being non-transferable to another person.

Failure to attend the rescheduled course will result in the payment being forfeited in full.

General Client Terms & Conditions

We have worked hard for many years to become the leading mobile valeting and detailing company. Our results speak volumes, all we ask in return is that you respect our policies, terms of business and our staff. In return, we will always deliver what we promised!

Urban Valets is a mobile service at your workplace or doorstep. We require a safe place to plug our extension lead in to gain power. Due to insurance purposes, as well as staff and vehicle safety Urban Valets will NOT commence work on any vehicle that is on the main road, heavily used road, or small and tight road. We also cannot work in pay and display car parks.

If your home address or the location you wish for the work to be carried out in has any of the above issues, please contact us first. With 18 years of trade experience, we always have a backup plan and are willing to help.

All secure bookings are deposit-based, and bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been paid. Deposits are paid direct to UBV LIMITED via bank transfer. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposit amounts differ due to location, package, and/or work needed.

Within 48 hours of booking, Urban Valets will gladly alter your booking to another nominated person, providing the address or location meets all other terms and conditions.

Urban Valets can not control acts of traffic, acts of God or acts of others. If Urban Valets has to cancel or rearrange your booking due to an unfortunate incident, it will be within 14 days of the original booking. If not, a full refund of deposit will be honoured.

If your interior is heavily soiled with mud, pet hair, mould, vomit or blood, additional charges WILL apply. We advise if you have any of the above to send a few select pictures before booking so that we can provide a fair estimate. If not, the price will be negotiated upon the day before any work commences.

Upon every booking you will be asked to read these terms and conditions, with doing so you agree to our terms of business. Any bookings that are made but then affected by any of the above may result in full booking charges being payable. An invoice will be sent to the address and email given which you will of supplied upon booking. Failure to pay will result in legal action being taken. A missed booking is a missed wage, we will not fall victim to a loss in time or pay under any circumstances.

Maintenance Scheme

Urban valets will only honour maintenance booked monthly. Anything over a month isn’t maintenance to us.

If you have had a busy month and been off roading, hiking, had a child be sick or an extremely unfortune accident in your car, its not a problem!

Just please contact us and let us know the issue before our agreed meet. As more time on your car we didn’t expect can cause us to be late for our next client, become unreliable and diminish the good and honest name we have built as a business.

Failure to do so will result in added charges.
