This isn’t a training course. This is a start to finish, fully operational, profit-building business transformation designed specifically for dealerships, modification specialists and car builders. Basically anyone who could add a detailer onto their services, without the burden of training, finding staff, and dealing with unhappy customer complaints.

Phase 1
We will find you a staff member, or work with your current candidate.
As the owner and founder of 4 companies all related to detailing, detailing products, and detailing accessories, we’ve mastered the hiring process.
Car care is an ungoverned industry. It isn’t something you can just flash a uni degree or college course and walk into. Hiring in this space comes down to experience, and asking the right questions so you get it right first time. With our time in the industry, large social media profiles, and a huge database and email list, it’s very easy for us to find the right person, quickly.
Once Phase 1 is complete and all parties are happy with the candidate chosen, we officially start and move onto Phase 2.
Phase 2
We will train your candidate to the absolute highest standard, covering everything included on our other courses, over the next two weeks.
Peace of mind: we offer forever aftercare, so don’t worry that two weeks “isn’t enough”. Your candidate will also be invited back to our training HQ for updates, and added to our online portal.
Phase 3
Midway into week 1 of training, our marketing team gets to work so we’re ready to hit the ground running.
We build your packages, price lists, ad campaigns, upsell tiers, sales scripts, and targets. We also film and edit content, build a social media presence, and market it through our own channels, so you will literally see ROI starting to form through marketing and advertising.
Phase 4
We will demo-drill your new asset, ensuring things are actually working in your favour, identifying any weak spots, and fundamentally creating a checklist.
Our checklist is your insurance policy. It’s how we (and you) monitor standards moving forward and keep quality in order even when you’re not there. As you and I both know, you don’t own a company if it doesn’t run itself, you own a job. So let us create a system that works via WhatsApp and FaceTime, even if you’re on a beach on the other side of the world.
Phase 5
You now have a branch off from your current company, and a service that can not only be upsold on top of your current model, but also used as a “draw in” to pull new clients through the door for your bigger offers and services.
It works both ways, and effortlessly expands your current company.
